The PR515x500 measures the temperature with a PT100 sensor in a 2-, 3- or 4-wire connection and passes it on as 4-20 mA and as 0-10 V. Which temperature corresponds to 4 mA and which to 20 mA is set on the OLED display. In addition, a relay contact switches at an adjustable limit, with hysteresis, so the same module can also drive an alarm or a fan. This lets you connect an existing PT100 to a PLC or controller that only has a 4-20 mA or 0-10 V input.

Setup

Connect the supply, the PT100 and the outputs according to the wiring diagram supplied with the module.
On the display, choose the temperature at 4 mA and at 20 mA (and with it at 0 and 10 V).
Set the relay limit and hysteresis and store with SAVE.
