The PR515x521 has two current inputs for 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA, galvanically isolated from the supply and the outputs. Which input drives the 0-10 V output and at which value the relay switches is set on the OLED display. This allows two transmitters with their own ground to be connected without a ground loop. The display shows the value of both inputs.

Setup

  1. Connect the supply, the two current sources and the outputs according to the wiring diagram supplied with the module.
  2. On the display, select which input drives the 0-10 V output and set its start and end.
  3. Set the relay limit and hysteresis and store with SAVE.
