The PR515x551 converts a 0-5 V voltage into a PWM signal: as delivered, 0 V gives 0 % and 5 V 100 %. The output switches high-side or low-side, selected on the OLED display. The input range, the output minimum and maximum, the PWM frequency and the ramp are also set there. This lets you drive a valve, lamp or small motor from a sensor or potentiometer with a 0-5 V output.

Setup

Connect the supply, the 0-5 V source and the load according to the wiring diagram supplied with the module.
On the display, choose whether the output switches high-side or low-side, and set the PWM frequency.
Set the minimum, the maximum and the ramp and store with SAVE.

Driving a hydraulic valve or solenoid proportionally from 0-5 V
Controlling LED lighting or a fan with a 0-5 V signal
Replacing an existing PWM driver where the load is on the plus or the minus

PR515 series: controllers and converters with OLED display

The modules in the PR515 series have an OLED display and push buttons, so they can be set up without a computer and show the current values of inputs and outputs. They run on 12 and 24 V DC systems. Most versions can be extended on request, for example with an extra relay output, a PWM output, a bus connection (CAN bus or Modbus) or a different sensor input.
