Product development
We design the schematic and printed circuit board for your application: controllers, signal converters, dimmers, I/O boards and power supplies. Analogue and digital, with a microcontroller where needed. Industrial signals such as 4-20 mA, 0-10 V, PWM and -10 to +10 V are everyday work.
For many requests we already have a module of our own design: a signal converter, dimmer, valve driver or controller. Sometimes that module, with a different input, another range or its own enclosure, is exactly what you need. Then you do not start from scratch.

Your team writes the software. We design the hardware for a low unit price in series, arrange the production and give your developers a manual: how to control everything. You keep the software in your own hands, without having to build up hardware knowledge yourself.

Do you have your own development team, but nobody for the electronics? Then we are glad to join your team for the long term, as contracted developers. From the first sketch and the prototype up to and including the series: we design the electronics, test them and arrange production. After that we remain your point of contact.

Your machine sends its measured values via 4G/5G with a SIM card, Wi-Fi or Ethernet to a European cloud. In an online dashboard you see live what is happening: temperatures, pressures, energy consumption, faults. With graphs, alerts and remote control. Hundreds of our systems already send data every day, from drinking water installations to climate systems. We make the board with the modem, the software and the dashboard: one party for the whole chain. Also for energy: our boards measure current and voltage per circuit and distribute the load on 230 V, so you can run more devices on the same connection and see online what they consume.
May your machine not be modified, for example because it is certified? Then we can still measure whether it works. An adapter between the machine and the wall socket measures the power consumption and derives from it what the machine is doing. You see it online and receive an alert if something deviates. You pay a fixed amount per device per month.
Product development
Is a board in your machine no longer available, or has the supplier stopped? We rebuild it with the same function and connections, with components that will again be available for years. Often based on a sample and the documentation you still have. After that we supply it in series, for as long as you need it.

We test for interference and susceptibility before you go to an external test centre, and advise on CE and UL. That saves costly repeat measurements.
