About us
ProCircuits develops and supplies electronics for companies that already have a machine or product: a new controller, an extension, or an old board that is no longer available. You tell us what it needs to do. We take care of the schematic, PCB design, software, testing and production, and deliver it complete with cables and enclosure.
Design, software and testing are done in-house in the Netherlands. Production runs through established partners inside and outside the EU, so series from ten to thousands of units are no problem.

Ready-made modules of our own design
Besides custom work, we have a fixed range of modules that we developed ourselves: signal converters, dimmers, valve drivers, controllers and modules for on board. Most of them work at 12 and 24 V DC and fit on a DIN rail. For each module you will find the specifications, the connections and how to set it up. If a module is not quite right, we adapt it.

Besides the products in our catalogue, most of our work is custom: we develop the electronics, write the software and supply the boards in series, for as long as you need them.

Product development
From your requirements to a working board, including schematic, PCB design and prototype. We design controllers, signal converters, dimmers, I/O boards and power supplies, analogue and digital, with a microcontroller where needed. A working prototype within a few weeks, from five units. We also select and integrate sensors, rebuild old boards that are no longer available, and test for EMC and EMI before you go to an external test centre.

Firmware, communication and controls, matched to your hardware. We write the software that runs on the board: control, operation, protection and diagnostics. We connect your board to the rest of the machine, to a PLC or to a display via CAN, LIN, NMEA2000, RS485, USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi. Measured values can go via 4G/5G, Wi-Fi or Ethernet to a European cloud, with an online dashboard on our own platform uwmeting.nl.

Series production
You order the quantities, we deliver complete and tested. Component purchasing, assembly and a functional test of every board through our established production partners inside and outside the EU, from ten units to thousands. Cable sets, enclosures and final assembly, ready to connect. We keep the design, bill of materials and test procedure, so you can order the same board years later.

We start with your machine or product: what the electronics must do, under which conditions and in what quantities. This leads to a clear specification and a cost indication, so you know what you are starting.
