From idea to series in six steps
You explain what it needs to do, we take care of the rest. Our process page shows, step by step, what you provide and what you receive.
Step 1Concept & specification
We start with your machine or product: what the electronics must do, under which conditions and in what quantities. This leads to a clear specification and a cost indication, so you know what you are taking on.
Step detailsStep 2Schematic & PCB design
We draw the schematic and design the printed circuit board. We choose components that remain available for years, so you can simply reorder later.
Step detailsStep 3Prototype & firmware
You receive a working prototype to connect and test. Meanwhile we write the firmware and adjust it to what you see in practice.
Step detailsStep 4Testing & CE pre-compliance
We test for function and for interference (EMC and EMI) before the series starts. Where needed, we guide the certification at an external test centre.
Step detailsStep 5Series production
Purchasing, assembly and functional testing through our established production partners. We supply cable sets and enclosures as well, so everything fits straight into your machine.

You order the quantities, we deliver complete and tested. Year after year, with the same board and the same software.

We supply in series, from 10 units per item. The larger the series, the lower the unit price. And we supply your series again whenever you need it.

Board, software, enclosure and cables as one part, tested. Your technician only has to mount and connect it.
Your own name and logo
You sell the system under your own name and with your own logo. We develop it, make it and supply the quantity you need.
An existing module, adapted
Is a module from our catalogue not quite right? We adapt it for your series: a different input, another range or its own enclosure.
A trial unit for your series
Want to test first? Then you order a trial of 1 to 9 units once, if a series is in sight.
