The PR515x522 has a universal analogue input with a 16-bit converter, galvanically isolated from the supply and the output. The signal type and range are selected on the OLED display, so the same module suits different sensors and transmitters. The output is 4-20 mA; start and end are freely adjustable, also for a small part of the input range.

Setup
- Connect the supply, the signal source and the output according to the wiring diagram supplied with the module.
- On the display, select the input signal type and range.
- Set which input value corresponds to 4 mA and which to 20 mA and store with SAVE.
Application
- Connecting different sensors and transmitters with one module type
- Expanding a small part of a measuring range to the full 4-20 mA signal
- Connecting a sensor with a non-standard signal to a PLC with isolation
PR515 series: controllers and converters with OLED display
The modules in the PR515 series have an OLED display and push buttons, so they can be set up without a computer and show the current values of inputs and outputs. They run on 12 and 24 V DC systems. Most versions can be extended on request, for example with an extra relay output, a PWM output, a bus connection (CAN bus or Modbus) or a different sensor input.
