The PR515x600 compares a 0-10 V signal with a set limit and switches a relay contact when it is exceeded. The hysteresis determines how far the signal must fall back before the relay drops out, so it does not chatter around the limit. You choose whether the relay switches on above or below the limit. The OLED display shows the current value and the relay state.

Setup

Connect the supply, the 0-10 V source and the relay contact according to the wiring diagram supplied with the module.
On the display, set the limit and the hysteresis, and choose whether the relay switches on above or below the limit.
Check the current value and the relay state on the display and store with SAVE.

Application

Switching an alarm or signal lamp at too high or too low a value
Switching a pump or fan on a 0-10 V level or pressure signal
Giving an enable signal to a machine once a signal reaches a value

PR515 series: controllers and converters with OLED display

The modules in the PR515 series have an OLED display and push buttons, so they can be set up without a computer and show the current values of inputs and outputs. They run on 12 and 24 V DC systems. Most versions can be extended on request, for example with an extra relay output, a PWM output, a bus connection (CAN bus or Modbus) or a different sensor input.
