The PR515x605 compares a 4-20 mA or 0-10 V signal with two set limits and switches a separate relay contact for each limit. One module thus provides a low and a high alarm, or a pump that starts at one level and stops at the other. For each relay, the limit, hysteresis and a delay are set on the OLED display, which also shows the current value.

Setup
- Connect the supply, the signal source and the two relay contacts according to the wiring diagram supplied with the module.
- On the display, select whether the input is 4-20 mA or 0-10 V.
- Set the limit, the hysteresis and the delay for each relay and store with SAVE.
Application
- Creating a low and a high alarm on one level or pressure measurement
- Switching a pump on and off between two levels
- Monitoring a process value within an allowed band
PR515 series: controllers and converters with OLED display
The modules in the PR515 series have an OLED display and push buttons, so they can be set up without a computer and show the current values of inputs and outputs. They run on 12 and 24 V DC systems. Most versions can be extended on request, for example with an extra relay output, a PWM output, a bus connection (CAN bus or Modbus) or a different sensor input.
