New in the catalogue: search by part number or feature, and dozens of new modules

You can now search the product catalogue by part number or by feature, such as 4-20 mA, PT100 or dimmer. And dozens of modules have been added for temperature, current measurement, relays, CAN, LIN, Modbus TCP and wifi.

The product catalogue on our website has been extended. You can now search by part number or by feature, and dozens of modules have been added. The catalogue now contains 149 modules of our own design.

Search by part number or feature

At the top of the Products page there is a search field. Type a part number or a feature there. As you type, the matching modules appear.

  • Part number. Do you know the number of a module, for example of a board that is already in your machine? Type the full number and press Enter, and the product page opens directly.
  • Feature. Search for the signal or function you need: 4-20 mA, 0-10 V, PT100, thermocouple, PWM, dimmer, CAN or Modbus. You then see all modules with that feature.
  • Input and output. Do you know which signal you have and which signal you need? Choose the input and the output below the search field, and you get the modules that do exactly that conversion.

Every module has its own page with the specifications, the connections and how to set it up. That is also where you request the price and lead time.

New modules

The new modules extend the groups we get the most questions about.

Temperature

Converters for PT100, PT1000 and thermocouples to 4-20 mA or 0-10 V, also galvanically isolated. For example the PT100 converter with alarm relay and the thermocouple converter to 4-20 mA. For controllers with a bus there are versions with Modbus RTU.

Current measurement and relays

Modules that measure current with a current transformer, a Hall sensor up to 30 A or a shunt, and pass it on as 4-20 mA, 0-10 V or via Modbus. In addition, modules that switch by themselves at a limit value, such as a PT100 thermostat with relay and an overcurrent monitor up to 30 A. On the thermostat you set the switching point and the hysteresis yourself.

CAN, LIN, Modbus TCP and wifi

For machines with a bus there are I/O modules for CAN, LIN and Modbus TCP over Ethernet, for example four analogue inputs and relays via Modbus TCP. If a measurement has to go to an online dashboard, there are modules that send measured values or contacts via wifi, such as PT100 temperature via wifi. Many of the new modules have a small display that shows the measured value and the settings.

Supplied in series, made to order

All modules are our own design. We make them to order and supply them in series, from 10 pieces per item, under a fixed part number. If you reorder in a few years’ time, you get the same module.

Missing an input, a range or a function? Adapting an existing module for your series is often faster than a new design, because the basis is already there. Read more under custom electronics, or browse the groups signal converters and I/O modules.
