Overcurrent monitor up to 30 A with relay, with OLED display
Article number PR515x512
The PR515x512 measures the current through the module with a Hall sensor and compares it with a set limit. If the current stays above the limit for longer than the set delay, the relay switches; a short inrush current therefore does not cause an alarm. The hysteresis determines when the relay drops back. Limit, delay and hysteresis are set on the OLED display, which also shows the current value.

Setup
- Connect the supply, the current cable and the relay contact according to the wiring diagram supplied with the module.
- On the display, set the limit in amperes and choose monitoring on maximum or minimum.
- Set the delay and the hysteresis and store with SAVE.
Application
- Switching off a pump or motor on blockage or overload
- Raising an alarm when a load draws more current than normal
- Detecting whether a load is running, by also monitoring a minimum current
PR515 series: controllers and converters with OLED display
The modules in the PR515 series have an OLED display and push buttons, so they can be set up without a computer and show the current values of inputs and outputs. They run on 12 and 24 V DC systems. Most versions can be extended on request, for example with an extra relay output, a PWM output, a bus connection (CAN bus or Modbus) or a different sensor input.
