The PR515x521 has two current inputs for 0-20 mA or 4-20 mA, galvanically isolated from the supply and the outputs. Which input drives the 0-10 V output and at which value the relay switches is set on the OLED display. This allows two transmitters with their own ground to be connected without a ground loop. The display shows the value of both inputs.

Setup
- Connect the supply, the two current sources and the outputs according to the wiring diagram supplied with the module.
- On the display, select which input drives the 0-10 V output and set its start and end.
- Set the relay limit and hysteresis and store with SAVE.
Application
- Connecting two transmitters with their own ground to a control system with a 0-10 V input
- Passing on a level or pressure as 0-10 V and switching an alarm on a second measurement at the same time
- Taking over 4-20 mA signals from another system with isolation
PR515 series: controllers and converters with OLED display
The modules in the PR515 series have an OLED display and push buttons, so they can be set up without a computer and show the current values of inputs and outputs. They run on 12 and 24 V DC systems. Most versions can be extended on request, for example with an extra relay output, a PWM output, a bus connection (CAN bus or Modbus) or a different sensor input.
