The PR505x505 provides a control signal that follows the supply voltage of the electrical actuator of a Danfoss PVG valve: the neutral position is in the middle, and oil flows to one side or the other as the signal deviates from it. The 0-10 V input signal, for example from a joystick or PLC, is converted accordingly. Neutral position, dead band, end values and ramp are set through the Wi-Fi hotspot.

Setup
- Connect the supply, the 0-10 V source and the electrical actuator of the valve according to the wiring diagram supplied with the module.
- Hold button SW1 for about ten seconds and connect a phone, tablet or laptop to the Wi-Fi hotspot.
- Set the neutral position, the dead band, the end values and the ramp and store the settings.

PR505 series: converters with Wi-Fi
The PR505 modules have a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot. Hold button SW1 for about ten seconds and connect a phone, tablet or laptop to change settings or load new firmware. The modules run on 12 and 24 V DC.
