The PR515x511 measures the current with a Hall sensor: the current flows through the module, and the measurement is galvanically isolated from the electronics. No external shunt is needed. The module measures DC and AC current and is available for measuring ranges up to 5 A, 20 A or 30 A. Which current corresponds to the start and end of the 4-20 mA and 0-10 V output is set on the OLED display.

Setup
- Connect the supply, the current cable and the outputs according to the wiring diagram supplied with the module.
- On the display, set the current at 4 mA and at 20 mA (and with it at 0 and 10 V).
- Choose whether the module measures DC or AC current and store with SAVE.
Application
- Passing the current draw of a pump, fan or heater on to a PLC
- Monitoring the load of a 12 or 24 V circuit without a shunt
- Measuring a motor current to spot wear or blockage early
PR515 series: controllers and converters with OLED display
The modules in the PR515 series have an OLED display and push buttons, so they can be set up without a computer and show the current values of inputs and outputs. They run on 12 and 24 V DC systems. Most versions can be extended on request, for example with an extra relay output, a PWM output, a bus connection (CAN bus or Modbus) or a different sensor input.
